Hi,
this is Don. I’m going to use this page on the web site
to communicate what’s going on lately in my writing,
such as ideas for newspaper columns (for which readers
can share suggestions, if they choose), magazine article
appearances, and progress on my new book. I’ll also
share other happenings in my life from time to time.
We’ll update content in several other pages of the web
site, too, but this page will change the most
frequently.
The big news right now is the appearance of this brand
new web site, which is the brainchild of Brad Isles, my
former editor at Allied News and currently
website editor at Grove City College. My next column in
The Herald, which will appear on Sunday, January
14th, will describe the site and detail Brad’s
initiative in making it happen.
The other news in my life is that, as of December 1st,
I’ve moved from my quaint little brick cottage in the
woods in Jefferson Township to a nice brick home I’m
sharing with Donna Rai’ in Sharon near the high school.
I’m using the cottage as a writer’s office right now,
but I can’t afford to do that for long, so I’ll probably
be selling it in the spring or summer. Unless she throws
me out of this house before then.
Good luck out there. And have a great week outdoors.
